I am a bit late, but Happy New Year!
2018 was certainly a year of growth. I learned so much about the world, myself, and how a 5’1 girl bursting with energy can make things happen for herself in a bustling city like NYC. Having lived here for a year now, I truly understand the saying “Life is what you make of it.”
2018 was certainly a year of growth. I learned so much about the world, myself, and how a 5’1 girl bursting with energy can make things happen for herself in a bustling city like NYC. Having lived here for a year now, I truly understand the saying “Life is what you make of it.”
When I first moved to NYC exactly a year ago, I was excited but a part of me was unsure about how to translate my ambitions into concrete actions. I realized that every advancement I aspire to make requires time for reflection and a unique “sources and uses” (yes, I feel lame for using that term in my blog post).
As I start off the new year, I feel so especially grateful for all the love and support I have received from my family, friends, as well as new and old colleagues. My career switch in particular introduced me to many people who have become a very important part of my life.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who helped me grow in 2018.
2019, I am ready for you!
